Researcher from University of Stirling, Lynsey Homer, is recruiting for a study relating to dementia and delirium. See more information below.
Study Title
The experiences of caring among unpaid caregivers and healthcare staff for someone with delirium superimposed on dementia at home.
What is this research about?
When someone with dementia experiences delirium, this is called Delirium Superimposed on Dementia (DSD). This study is hoping to recruit unpaid caregivers who have experience of caring for someone with DSD in the home. The person with DSD may have been admitted to hospital or discharged from hospital with DSD, but the focus is on the experience at home.
What do you need to do?
You will be asked a few questions to ensure you meet the eligibility criteria.
You will be invited to an interview that will last about an hour. This can be face to face or online, at a time and location that is convenient to you.
