This message is to inform you that in response to coronavirus and in anticipation of an ever-changing landscape, our Annual Scottish Dementia Research Consortium Conference scheduled for 20 April and the Early Career Researcher Workshop on 21 April 2020 will now be postponed to 7 and 8 September 2020 respectively.
We believe postponing the event is the most responsible thing we can do at this time.
The events on 7 and 8 September will still be held at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Glasgow. We would ask that all delegates who wish to attend, rebook using the following link: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/sdrc-annual-conference-2020-unlocking-the-mysteries-of-data-tickets-99664868304. If you are a student or early career researcher who would like to display a poster at the conference, please download this form, and return it to sdrc@alzscot.org by Monday 10 August 2020. If you have already submitted a poster abstract, this will still be accepted, but if you wish you can send us an updated abstract. Please also let us know if you would like to withdraw.
The Scottish Dementia Research Consortium Annual Report will still be published in late April and copies will be distributed to our mailing list in due course.
Please be assured that in the meantime, we will continue to monitor and review the policies and procedures we have in place in accordance with government and public health guidance.
