Joint European Stroke Organisation and European Academy of Neurology Guideline Writing Group

The European Stroke Organisation and European Academy of Neurology are looking for an enthusiastic researcher to help with their guideline on ‘Post stroke cognitive impairment’.  The successful applicant(s) will work with an international writing group to produce a high impact guideline. 

We are looking for one or two researchers with an interest in the topic area.  Experience of systematic review is desirable but not essential.  Tasks during the project would include title searching, data extraction, critical appraisal and report writing.  An experienced team will provide support and training can be given in any aspect of the project that is needed. 

The anticipation is that this would be a full-time project over 4 weeks or longer part-time project.  This project is ideally suited to home working. 

The review will generate a guideline with simultaneous publication in European Stroke Journal and European Journal of Neurology. Subject to satisfactory input to the project, the successful applicants will be full authors on these outputs.

Short term financial support may be available, if required, to facilitate this work.
